Advi / Arbi / Colocasia leaves : 9 Nos
Besan : 2 cups
Rice flour : 1 cup
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder : 2 tsp
Coriander powder : 2 tsp
Cumin powder : 1 tsp
Salt : to taste
Garam masala : 1 tsp
Carrom seeds : 1/2 tsp
Fennel powder : 1 tsp
Asafoetida : 1/2 tsp
Sesame seeds : 2 tsp
Crushed green chili & ginger : 1 tbsp
Jaggery : 1/4 cup
Tamarind : 1 tbsp
Oil : 1 tsp
Baking soda : 1/2 tsp
Water : 2-3 tbsp
Oil : for frying
