This recipe is of my Grand Mother, and I have added a healthy twist to this. Go ahead and have these Roti Ladoo made from left over chapati. Eat them any time, carry them in the tiffin or when get sweet cravings. Eat healthier sweets.

Ingredients:

3-4 one day old Roti (chopped) churra
1 tbs Ghee
Cardamom powder
1 cup finely crushed Jaggery (or as per taste)
1 tbs chopped Dates (khajoor)
Some dry fruits pieces chopped (cashew, almond etc.)

Method:
Take 3-4 old Roti
Chop and crush these with hands
Heat up the pan
Add 1 tbs ghee in the pan
Now add roti churra and fry till cooked
Keep mixing well
add jaggery and dates
Keep mixing till jaggery gets melted
Add cardamom powder (elaichi powder)
Add chopped cashew, almond pieces
Mix nicely
Take out the ladoo mix in a bowl
Make a spoon of portion, and make round balls
Place half cashew on each ladoo.
Enjoy Roti Churma Ladoo.
