400mL or 1/2 Cups Fat Free Milk (I used Kroger Carb Master)
113g or 1/2 Cups Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1g or 1/2tsp Salt

✳️ Ingredients for Second Blend:
1.5 Scoops of Chocolate Protein Powder
20g or 5tbsp Granular Sugar Substitute (I used Swerve)
7g or 1tbsp Sugar Free/Fat Free Chocolate or Vanilla Pudding Mix
5g or 1tbsp Cocoa Powder
1g or 1/2tsp Xanthan Gum
1g or 1/2tsp Guar Gum
