4mL or 1tbsp Vanilla Extract

40g or 1/3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
72g or 6tbsp Granulated Sweetener Substitute (I used Erythritol)
3.2g or 1/2tsp Baking Soda
1g or 1/3tsp Xanthan Gum
2g or 1tsp Salt

✳️ Ingredients for Mix-in:
7g or 1tbsp Mini Chocolate Chips

✳️ Ingredients for Topping:
7g or 1tbsp Chocolate Chips

✳️ Directions:
1. Grab mixing bowl. Add wet ingredients. Mix.
2. Grab another mixing bowl. Add dry ingredients. Mix.
3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix.
4. Add ingredients for mix-in. Mix thoroughly.
5. Add batter to muffin tray (makes 5 muffins). Top ingredients for topping.
