Breakfast Egg Wrap

Ingredients:
– 🥚 5 boiled eggs
– 🌶️ Sriracha sauce
– 🧅 1 onion, finely chopped
– 🍅 1 tomato, finely chopped
– 🌑 Black pepper
– 🧂 Salt
– 🥄 Mayonnaise
– 🌶️ Red chili powder
– 🌿 Parsley, finely chopped
– 🔥 Red chili flakes
– 🥬 Lettuce leaves
– 🧀 Cheese (optional)
– 🌯 Tortilla wraps

Recipe:

1. Prepare the Eggs:
– Boil the eggs, peel them, and separate the whites from the yolks.
– In a bowl, take two yolks (discard the remaining or save for another use) and dice the egg whites.

2. Make the Filling:
– To the bowl with yolks, add sriracha sauce, chopped onion, tomato, a spoonful of mayonnaise, a pinch of black pepper, salt to taste, and red chili flakes.
– Mash and mix everything until well combined.
– Gently fold in the diced egg whites.

3. Assemble the Wrap:

– Spread the egg mixture over the lettuce.
– Add cheese if desired.

4. Cook the Wrap:
