Recipe and How To for my Skinny Spicy Cucumber Margarita:
SKINNY SPICY CUCUMBER MARGARITA
Ingredients:
– 1/2 cucumber
– 4 shots tequila of choice
– 1 jalapeño
– 1 lime
– bottle of club soda
– sea salt
– light agave if you need sweetener (optional)
How to:
– 4-8 hours before you make the drinks: cut up 1/2 a cucumber and put them in a jar, fill the rest of the jar with your tequila
– pour the cucumber infused tequila into a shaker
– squeeze in 1/4 to half a lime
– add in the light agave syrup here if you want it
– fill the rest of the way with soda water
– finely cut up 1 jalapeño and add to shaker
– slowly shake it back and forth so it doesn’t explode
– after you squeeze the lime, use the rest of it to rub around the rim of the glass and add salt by putting it on a plate and tipping glass upside down
– add some ice to the glass and pour cocktail in!
– if you want brownie points then slice some jalapeño and “float” it in the glass… for cucumber, make a slit and add to the rim of the glass
