-1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
-1 cup Greek yogurt
-1 tsp baking soda
-1/2 tsp salt
-mozzarella
-pizza sauce
-Basil
How to
Combine your greek yogurt, flour, baking powder and salt.mix until completely combined. Split into 4 equal parts and roll out into balls. Poke a hole in the center and place on a lined baking tray.
Bake on 375 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Once baked split bagels in half and top with pizza sauce, mozzarella and basil. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
