340g or 1 1/2 Cups Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
123g or 1 Cup Apple Sauce, Unsweetened
28g or 2tbsp Light Butter, Melted
2 Medium Eggs
✳️ Ingredients for Dry Ingredients:
96g or 1/2 Cups Granular Sugar Substitute (I used Swerve)
60g or 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
50g or 10tbsp Cocoa Powder
4g or 2tsp Decaf Instant Coffee Powder
3g or 0.5tsp Baking Soda
2g or 1tsp Salt
✳️ Ingredients for Filling:
42g or 1/3 Cups Chocolate or Chocolate Chips, Chopped
✳️ Ingredients for Topping:
Powdered Sugar Substitute (I used Swerve) to Taste
✳️ Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grab a mixing bowl. Add ingredients for wet ingredients. Mix.
3. Grab another mixing bowl. Add ingredients for dry ingredients. Mix.
4. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients.
5. Grab large muffin tray. Spray with cooking spray or add muffin liners.
6. Add 1/2 batter to 10 muffin cups. Add ingredients for filling to each muffin cup. Then add other 1/2 of filling.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes. Add ingredients for topping. Then enjoy!
