Ingredients used are- For healthy mayonnaise- Paneer-100-150 grams Soaked cashers- 1/2 cup Garlic cloves- 2-3 Black pepper pods-9-10 Oregano and chilli flakes- 1 Tsp each Salt to taste Milk as required
For green chutney- Fresh coriander and mint Ginger-1 inch Hing- 1/2 tsp Jeera (cumin)- 1 Tsp Green chillies- 2-3 pcs and water as required Lemon juice, salt to taste and Ice cubes
Bread slices, butter, boiled potatoes, chopped onion, tomato, chopped capsicum and chaat masala
