I lost 35 lbs in June 2017. I’ve done that before in the past but I’ve never been able to maintain my weight loss for more then a couple of months time. I plan to talk about my weight loss and how I accomplished that in a future video so keep an eye out for that.

Delonghi Magnifica Brewed Coffee with Vanilla Almond Milk
Breakfast- Matcha Berry Chia Pudding
Snack #1- Kale Crisps/Chips
Lunch- Cauliflower Patties with Muenster and Sliced Tomatoes
100 oz. of Water
Snack #2- Pineapple Cubes and Mixed Berries
Dinner- A Falafel Plate
