Club sandwich
Ingredients:
◉ 1 tbsp olive oil
◉ 1 tsp cumin
◉ ¼ tsp asafoetida
◉ 1 small onion (chopped)
◉ 1 tbsp grated ginger
◉ ½ tsp turmeric
◉ 3-4 boiled potatoes
◉ salt
◉ ¼ tsp red chili powder
◉ 1 tsp garam masala
◉ coriander
◉ 1 tsp lemon juice
◉ tomato (chopped)
◉ cucumber (diced)
◉ carrot (chopped)
◉ mayonnaise
◉ 1 tsp mustard sauce
◉ pepper
◉ bread slices

◉ cheese slices

Instructions:
1. In a hot pan, add olive oil, cumin, asafoetida, onion, and ginger,
and sauté it well. Add turmeric when the onion turns light brown.
2. Add boiled potatoes, salt, red chili powder, and garam
masala, crush it well and give a good mix. Add coriander and
lemon juice to it.
3. In another bowl, add onion, tomato, cucumber, carrots,
mayonnaise, mustard sauce, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
4. Now, assemble the sandwich with the potato filling in
between. Spread ghee/butter and grill it on a pan.
5. Add the second layer of the veggie mixture and a cheese
slice, and top with another bread slice. Cover and grill on both
sides until crispy over low flame.
6. Slice this double-layer loaded sandwich and enjoy!
