Ingredients :
Paneer Sandwich:
Green chutney:
Coriander Leaves- 1/2 Cup
Mint Leaves- 1/4 Cup
Green Chilli- 2
Cumin Seeds- 1 tsp
Raw Peanuts- 2 tbsp
Garlic Cloves- 4
Ginger- 2 small piece
Lemon Juice- 1/2
Sugar- 1 tsp
Salt to Taste
Water- as required
for paneer stuffing:
100g of grated paneer
1 small onion, chopped
1 capsicum, chopped
vegetables u r choice
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp jeera powder
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp dhania powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp amchur/chat masala
1/4 tsp salt
2-3 tbsp of mayonnaise
for sandwich:
4 sandwich bread slices
green chutney
prepared stuffing
butter
for Chicken Sandwich :
for cooking the chicken:
3-4 chicken pieces
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1 bay leaf
sprinkle some oregano
sprinkle some mixed herbs
1/4 ltr. of water
for chicken stuffing:
1 tbsp oil
2 chillies, chopped
1 onion, chopped
capsicum, chopped
beans, chopped
carrot, chopped
sweet corn , boiled
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
shredded chicken
1/4 cup of chicken cooked water
1/4 tsp pepper powder
sprinkle some salt
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
chopped coriander
for sandwich:
4 sandwich bread slices
prepared chicken stuffing
