This recipe requires only two ingredients: Rolled Old Fashioned Oats and water, blended until smooth and cooked until firm! I bet you you cannot get it easier than this!
It pairs well with any Nigerian soup, including Bitterleaf (Onugbu), Egusi, Ogbono, Utazi, Uziza, Nsala, and Vegetable Soup, which I served my fufu with (video link below)!
You can enjoy Oat Fufu for lunch or dinner! Serve it to your guests at any party and it goes so fast!
