✳️ Ingredients for First Blend:
500g or 2 Cups Ice
120mL or 1/2 Cups Fat Free Milk (I used Kroger Carb Master)
113g or 1/2 Cups Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1g or 1/2tsp Salt
✳️ Ingredients for Second Blend:
1.5 Scoops Cookies & Cream or Vanilla Protein Powder (I used @legion – code nickkaz saves 20%)
20g or 5tbsp Granular Sugar Substitute (I used Swerve)
7g or 1tbsp Sugar Free/Fat Free Vanilla or Chocolate Pudding Mix
1g or 1/2tsp Xanthan Gum
1g or 1/2tsp Guar Gum
✳️ Ingredients for Mix-in:
1 Oreo, Crushed
✳️ Ingredients for Toppings (*optional*):
Whipped Cream
Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup

✳️ Directions:
1. Grab large blender (Ninja preferably). If you have a small blender, half the recipe ingredients.
2. Add ingredients for first blend. Blend for a minute on high.
3. Add ingredients for second blend to blender. Blend for another minute on high.
4. Take off lid and add 1 Oreo, crushed. Mix around with spoon or spatula.
5. Grab two large cups and add blended and mixed McFlurry. Top both with ingredients for topping (*optional*). Then enjoy!
