Ingredients:
300g (2 1/2 cup) Bajra millet
50g (1/2 cup) oats flour
50g (1/2 cup) jowar flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tbsp salt
450ml sparkling water
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp seeds ( pumpkin, sunflower and sesame)

– Use 24x11cm loaf baking pan
– Bake in a preheated oven at 180 deg for 30 mins
