AIR FRYER MACKEREL HEALTHY
Ingredients:
– ¼ kg Mackerel Fish
– Salt
– Pepper
– Lemon
– Onion

Method:
1. Clean and butterfly the mackerel. Season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Set the fish aside, then slice the lemon and onion.
3. Line the air fryer rack with baking paper and spread some oil on top of it.
4. Place the mackerel in the air fryer and top it with the sliced lemon and onion.
5. Air fry at 170°C for 25 minutes.
6. Halfway through the cooking time, take out the mackerel and flip it to the other side.
7. Continue air frying until the mackerel is fully cooked.
