Welcome back to my channel! Today, I’m sharing a delicious and easy Mini Quiche recipe that’s perfect for a healthy snack or light meal. This quiche is packed with protein and low in calories, making it a great option for anyone looking to enjoy a tasty treat while staying on track with their fitness goals.
**Ingredients:**
– 25g spelt flour
– 12g unflavored Total Protein from More Nutrition (@morenutrition.de)
– 15g low-fat quark
– 10g almond milk
– A pinch of salt & 2g baking powder
– Oil spray for the baking dish
**Filling:**
– 1 egg
– 50g light cream cheese
– 10g light gratin cheese
– Herb salt & Knobilicious seasoning
**Instructions:**
1. Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).
2. Mix all the ingredients to form a dough, flatten it, and press it into a baking dish.
3. Combine the remaining filling ingredients and pour the mixture into the dough. For extra flavor, add a small tomato on top.
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, then enjoy your mini quiche!
