Ingredients:
* 1 lb 99% lean ground turkey
* 1 tbsp oyster sauce
* 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
* 200g Thai basil
* 4 cloves garlic
* 3 Thai chilis
* 300g Jasmine rice (150g per serving)
Instructions:
1. Chili and Garlic:
* Grind the Thai chilis and garlic together to create a coarse paste.
2. Cook
* Heat a small amount of oil in a wok over medium heat.
* Add the chili-garlic paste and cook until fragrant.
* Add the ground turkey to the wok and cook until fully browned.
3. Add the Sauces and Basil:
* Add the oyster sauce and dark soy sauce, mixing well.
* Add the Thai basil and cook until well combined with the turkey.
4. Serve:
* Serve the turkey mixture over the cooked Jasmine rice.
* Top with a fried egg (optional)
