This delicious sweet treat is refined sugar free and has only three ingredients!
Ingredients (16 squares):
1/2 cup (100g) peanut butter
1/4 cup (70g) honey
4 cups (100g) crispy rice
Stir together peanut butter and honey until smooth.
In a large bowl, pour the peanut butter honey mixture over the rice cereal until well-coated.
Press the mixture into a parchment paper lined 8×9 inch baking pan.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Slice into 16 squares.
