INGREDIENTS:
3 cups frozen green peas
1 onion ,chopped
1 carrot ,chopped
1 cup of water
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 fresh dill,chopped
2 tbs olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp dry basil
1 pound chicken livers
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
In a stock pot add onion,carrot ,green peas,water ,salt,turmeric and dried basil.
Cook for 20 minutes on low heat,stirring occasionally.
Add tomato sauce,fresh dill,olive oil and cook 3 more minutes.
Into a skillet add chicken livers,salt,paprika,garlic powder and cook for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.Enjoy!
