Banana Oats Smoothie | Banana Protein Smoothie – Weight Loss Recipe
Ingredients:
• ½ cup rolled oats
• 2 frozen bananas
• 3 tbsp whey protein powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 ½ cups water
• 1 ½ cups ice
Sweetener, to taste (optional)
Method:
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Taste, and sweeten as desired.
