Hello Foodies!! Welcome to Relish Dish 2050.
Serve 4, Spice level medium
Ingredients:

Chicken Breast 2lb
Chicken marination :
Greek Yougurt 1Tbsp
Olive Oil 1 Tbsp
Fajita spice mix 1 Tbsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Garlic 1lagre clove
Tortilla 4
Salt 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1/2 (or 1 Tbsp)

Avocado Dip:
Lagre Avocado 1/2
Olive oil 6 Tbsp
Fajita mix 1 tsp
Serranp Pepper 1
Cinantro 1/4 cup
Greek Yogurt 5 Tbsp

Grilling : Olive oil 1Tbsp

Veggies:
Tomatoes 1/3 cup
Lettuce 1/2 cup
Avocado (slice) 1/2
Bell Pepper Large 1/2
Cilantro 1/4 cup
White Onion 1/3 cup
Serrano pepper 1
Instructions: 6 steps:

1. Chicken marination

a) Soaking chicken breast into salt and citrus make the breast soft and tender when it is cooked.
So soak the chicken breast for 10 minutes into the water.
Tis is the only time i’m using salt. The spice mix has salt in it.

b) For the spicy marination you will need thick (greek)yogurt or
you can keep your yogurt onto a strainer and drain out the water.
Add garlic, fajita spice, parika and olive oil into the yogurt and mix them well. Add the marinade to the chicken. Chicken must be pat dried and marinate for at least an hour.
Or you can marinate over night in the refrigerator.

2. Prep your veggies:

Here you can choose your own veggies. My veggies can be your ideas.
The idea is to cunsume various colorful veggies to get maximum nutrients with low calories though. My prefference would be cut your veggies into vertically . Shallot or any other onion is absolutley okay.
Just to keep in mind shallot has a strong pungent flavor.

3. Grill your chicken:

On a medium to low heat grill your chicken . It may take 6-8 minutes each side to grill but it is worth it otherwise food safty will be compromised. Please make sure the internal temperature of the chicken breast reaches 160 F before you stop your grilling. Flip your chicken in between to prevent burning. When the chicken is done let it cool down a little bit and cut into bie sizes.

4. Prep your Avocado dip:

This yummy dip has smooth texture with cirtrusy and refreshing flavor because of the cilantro and fajita spices. Using a whole serrano pepper does not make the dip spicy at all. Just to make sure you need oil enough to make a smooth dip. You may add little bit of sugar (optional), to balnce the taste which i don’t include in the recipe. Make your avocado dip almost last phase of your grilling otherwise avocado will be turning into black.

5. Wram up your tortilla:
Please follow the warm up instructions for the store bought tortilla. I’m using the store bought one.

6. Make a wrap :

Once all the main 4 ingredients( chicken, veggies, dip and tortilla) are ready then place your tortilla first, put some avocado dip as a base, then add veggies and chicken pieces . Add avocado dip once again and make a wrap. The reason of putting avocado dip twice is to make soft and tender chicken wrap.
