THREE BEAN SALAD;
Ingredients:
Half Cup CHICKPEAS (Boiled)
2 CELERY
1small ONION (cut it in slice)
Half Cup RED KIDNEY BEANS (Boiled)
1/3 Cup GREEN BEANS (Boiled)
2 GARLIC CLOVES
1.5 TSP DIJON MUSTARD
1 TBSP BALSAMIC VINEGAR
1.5 TBSP OLIVE OIL
HALF TBSP HONEY
1/3 TSP SALT
HALF TSP WHITE PEPPER
PARSLEY (for garninshing)
process:
-In a bowl add Chickpeas,Celery, Onion then add Dijon mustard.
-Add Red kidney beans and Green beans.
-Grate 2 garlic cloves.
-Add Balsamic vinegar ,Olive oil,Honey,Salt and White pepper.
-Give it a good mix.
Garnish with some Parsley.
