How to prepare healthy sweet using roasted channa
Ingredients
Roasted Channa 1 cup
Powdered sugar 1/2 cup
Milk powder 2 tbsp
Milk 1/4 cup
Ghee 2 tbsp
Cardamom 4 to 5(powdered)
Badam for decorate
First powder roasted channa using mixie
In a bowl add powdered roasted channa,sugar,cardamom powder,milk powder,milk and ghee mix well and make a dough then make a shape Wtever u want
