-Chicken breast 650-680g (2 thick pieces)
-Salt 6g (1tsp)
-Sugar 6g (1tsp)

[Broth]
-Water 1200ml
-Kombu 6g (or MSG 3g)
-Soy sauce 300ml
-Sake 180ml
-Mirin 180ml
-Sugar 17g (1tbsp)
-Honey 40g
-Garlic 8g (1tsp)
-Ginger 8g (1tsp)
-Green onion 40g

[The sauce]
-The broth 200g
-Water 15ml (1tbsp)
-Corn flour / starch 5g (1.5tsp)

[Soft boiled Egg]
-Egg 5-6
-Hot water about 2 little
-Any type of vinegar 4tsp
-Salt 2tsp

⭐️Extra Tip⭐️

Q: What can I do with the leftover broth?

A: You can add some other Veggies (and proteins if you want), and it becomes healthy soup or hot pot!! (Make sure to remove kombu first). I added frozen squid, Tofu and Napa cabbage (Chinese cabbage) to it, and it became almost zero fat high protein dish👍
