Monday Meal Prep! Wow, what a difference this made taking some time on Monday to cook ahead and make the busiest parts of my day easier.

I realized when school started this year how much I needed this for breakfast especially, but lunches too. I know some weeks I’ll have more time, and some weeks less, but the key with meal prep is to focus on the areas that help you the MOST with foods you and your family want to eat.
