Oatmeal Bread
Rolled Oats (1 cup or 90 g)
Grind finely
Salt (1/8 tsp or a pinch)
Baking Soda (1 tsp or 5 g)
In a small bowl

Pumpkin seeds (1 tsp or ~3 g)
Sunflower seeds (1 tsp or 3 g)
Poppy seeds (1 tsp or 3 g)
Chia Seeds (1 tsp or ~3 g)
Sesame seeds (1 tsp or 3 g)
You can add, skip or completely omit seed(s) according to your taste
Add seeds to oatmeal mix…
Reserve some to sprinkle on top of the bread
Combine well
Add…
Honey (1 tbsp or 21 g)
Yoghurt (200 ml or ~3/4 cup)
Egg (1 medium-large)
Combine well
Lemon juice (1 tbsp or 15 ml)
Mix well
Quickly transfer into a baking pan
Sprinkle reserved seeds
