💛Ingredients:
380 ml room temp water
40 ml oil (avocado, grape, sunflower or olive)
15 ml maple syrup (1 tbsp)
40 g psyllium
70 g chia seeds
60 g flax seeds
80 g rolled oats (not the quick ones)
60 g pumpkin seeds (roasted preferably)
100 g chopped nuts (pecan or walnut preferably)
40 g chopped dried cranberry
5 g salt
baking pan 25 x 12 cm (10 x 4.5 in)
bake in a preheated oven at 170°C/340°F for 20 min
remove from the baking pan
bake at 170°C/340°F for 40 min
turn it over and bake for another 10 min at 150°C/300°F
let cool completely on the cooking rack
Baking time may vary depending on oven specifications.
