1 1/3 Cups (110g) oat flour
3 Scoops (90g) vanilla whey protein
2 Tbsp (28g) coconut flour
1 Tbsp (10g) cinnamon
1 1/2 Tsp (6g) baking powder
1/2 Tsp (3g) salt
Mix well

Wet Ingredients:
4 Egg whites (140g)
1/2 Cup (122g) unsweetened applesauce
1/3 Cup (75g) non-fat greek yogurt
2 Tbsp (35g) low-calorie/calorie-free pancake syrup
2 Tsp (10g) vanilla extract
Mix well

Combined wet into dry

Cut up 1/4 cup (40g) raisins into thirds and add to batter

Generously spray 9X5 bread pan with non-stick spray
Add your batter
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes
