Ingredients:
1 whole wheat English muffin, split in half
1/4 cup marinara sauce
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional toppings: pepperoni, sliced veggies, olives
Instructions:
1. Assemble the Pizzas: Spread marinara sauce on each half of the English muffin.
Sprinkle with cheese and add your desired toppings.
2. Bake or Microwave: Place the mini pizzas on a microwave-safe plate or baking sheet.
Microwave for 1-2 minutes or bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
3. Serve: Let cool slightly before eating.
