In a bowl take all the ingredients:
Chickpea (boiled), Green Mung Beans (boiled/soaked), Boiled Sweetcorn grains, Bengal Gram(soaked/boiled), Roasted Peanut ; Slices of dates, cucumber, onion, tomato, beetroot, carrot, green chillies ; Pinch of black pepper powder, Black salt as per taste, Chaat Masala(optional), Chilli flakes (optional) ; Squeeze a lemon.
Mix all the ingredients with a spoon and Healthy Protein Salad is ready to serve.
