Today I am sharing a leftover bread recipe. I turned my leftover bread into a crispy and airy crumbs. We can use them in curries as thickening agent, kebabs, patties and rolls for crispy outer layer and in few baking recipes. It is very easy to make and inexpensive comparing with store bought bread crumbs or powder.
