for breakfast, i had chia pudding (which i made with coconut & almond milk) and topped it off with banana slices, chocolate berry granola, hazelnuts and sliced almonds.
for lunch i had moro (rice and beans) with brussel sprouts, broccoli, and kale.
for a snack i had one banana, one mandarin orange, and some grapes
for dinner, i had veggie packed chili! it had zucchini, sweet potatoes, organic corn, peas, green beans, and more ♡
