**Ingredients (per serve):**
– 1/4 cup raspberries (+ extra to serve)
– 1/2 cup milk of choice (+ extra if desired)
– 1-2 tbsp yogurt of choice (+ extra to serve)
– 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
– 1 tsp honey/maple syrup (or to taste)
– 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
– 2 tbsp chia seeds
**Method:**
1. Blend raspberries, vanilla extract, honey/maple, protein powder, yogurt, and milk until smooth.
2. Transfer the mixture into serving pots. Stir in chia seeds and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) until thickened.
3. Serve with extra yogurt and fruit as a topping (optional).
