Ragi Idli: A steamed rice cake made with ragi, similar to regular idli but with a denser texture
Ingredients:-
1. Whole ragi- 2 cup
2. Urad dal-1.5 cup
3. Parboiled Rice- 2 cup
4. Salt as per taste
Kaju Chatni is a popular Indian chutney made with cashews (kaju). It’s known for its creamy texture and sweet and tangy flavor. It’s a versatile condiment that can be paired with various dishes.
Ingredients:
1. Cashews- 1 cup (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
2. Green chilies-2
4. Garlic- 2-3 nos.
Salt & Water as required.
Paste all these ingredients together in a mixer grinder and easy kaju chatni is ready to serve with ragi idli.
