Healthy Laddu
– Roast Dry Fruit, Nuts & Seeds On Low Flame
– Almond, Cashew, Makhana, Raisins 1 Tbsp Each
– Chia, Flax, Sunflower, Pumpkin, Sesame & Melon Seeds 1 Tsp Each
– Roast For 5 -10 Minutes
– Cool Down Them On Room Temperature
– Make A Fine Powder Of It
– Similarly, Dry Roast 1 Cup Sattu
– Add 1 Cup Jaggery
– 4 Tbsp Ghee
– Mix Them Well
– Add Water As Required (2-4 Tbsp Max)
– Mix Well & Make Laddu From It
– You Will Get Approx 20 Laddu
– Enjoy Your Healthy Laddu
