This delicious egg breakfast features perfectly cooked eggs, a refreshing salad, and crispy buttered toast, all paired with a fragrant cup of freshly brewed masala chai. It’s the ideal way to kickstart your day!

Ingredients:

– 2 large eggs
– Salt & pepper (to taste)
– A pinch of red chili powder
– A pinch of cumin powder
– 1 tbsp butter
– 5-6 cherry tomatoes
– Carrot sticks
– Cucumber sticks
– Fresh lettuce leaves
– 1 slice of bread

Instructions:

1. Cook the Eggs:
Start by heating a non-stick pan and melting ½ tbsp of butter. Crack 2 large eggs into the pan and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle a pinch of red chili powder and cumin powder for added flavor.
