Ingredients

Oats 1 and 1/2 cup
Chia seeds 3 tsp
Milk 3 cups
Shakkar 2tsp
Honey tsp
Fresh fruits seasonal
( Mango ,apple,banana,grapes, pomegranate, strawberry)
Nuts (soaked and peeled almonds ,walnuts,raisins, pumpkin seeds, cashew nuts, sunflower seeds)
Cranberry,blueberry
Strawberry syrup
Chocolate syrup
Chocolate 1

Recipe

Soak oats and chia seeds in 1 and 1/2 cup milk ,cover it and keep it in refrigerator overnight. Next morning uncover the bowl and add milk in it. Now add honey and shakkar. Mix all the ingredients. Set the oats pudding in glasses or any bowl. Add fresh fruits and nuts over it. Pour strawberry syrup on it. For kids you can add chocolate and chocolate syrup on it. Healthy oats pudding is ready to eat.Enjoy it with your family in the beautiful morning…..
