Easy & Healthy Dinner Recipes: Ep 01 “Roasted Chicken”
Ingredients:
Ghee ( any high smoked point oil )
Chicken leg pieces/ breast
Lime juice
Black pepper
Salt
Ginger garlic paste
Thyme ( it gives that extra flavour )
Red chilli powder
Coriander powder
Airfry or oven roast it.
Grease some butter with coriander leaves or parsley and your easy & quick dinner is ready. Serve with sautéed veggies or rice.
