250g oatmeal (1 cup)
1 egg
Salt to taste
15g sunflower seeds (1tbsp )
15g pumpkin seeds (1tbsp)
250ml yoghurt
5g soda(1tsp )
8ml apple cider vinegar (1/2 tbsp)
Baking temperature 180* C
Bake time 30-35 minutes.
