HEALTHY QUINOA DORITOS 🔥 Healthy, Vegan & Weight Loss!!

Was absolutely craving Doritos, but wanted to keep it healthy & fantastic for weight loss. These babies have ALL the flavour with none of the calories & oil. The crunch is everything!

Ingredients:
1 oil free wrap (I use my homemade quinoa wraps)

Quinoa wrap:
1/2 cup quinoa
1/3 cup water

Seasonings:
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/8 tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
Salt to taste

1. Soak quinoa in boiling water for 20-30mins. Drain and blend with water until smooth. Add 1/4 cup to a non stick pan and spread into a thin circle. Cook for 2 mins on each side.
2. Slice into triangles, spread evenly on parchment paper, add spices and pop into the oven at 180 Celsius for 5-10 mins or until crispy!
3. Serve with some homemade vegan low fat queso dip (recipe will be in my cookbook coming soon!)
