Here is the detailed recipe of healthy sooji Appe

*RECIPE*
1. Take one bowl of suji, one fourth bowl of dahi and half bowl water.
2. Mix it well and add half tbsp salt, half tbsp coriander powder, half tbsp red mirch powder, half tbsp garam masala along with 1 chopped onion, one chopped capsicum , half chopped tomato, green chili and coriander leaves.
3. Mix all together and add baking soda.
4. Grease the appe pan with ghee and add the suji batter.
5. Cook in low medium flame, flip and cook for both sides.
6. Your healthy and delicious suji appe is ready. Enjoy
