We will understand the types of bananas and what makes each banana different from the others.
1)Raw Bananas
-They have the lowest sugar content because their starches haven’t yet converted to sugars, causing a slower increase in blood sugar levels
2)Mildly Ripe Bananas
-They help replenish the glycogen stores rapidly and their potassium prevents muscle cramps and aids in recovery making them the best post workout snack
3)Ripe Bananas
-They have high levels of tyrosine which helps in dopamine production leading to a better and enhanced mood
4)Overripe Bananas
-They contain a high levels of polyphenols, antioxidants and produce TNF (Tumor Necrosis Factor) which can reduce the growth of cancer cells
