Ingredients:
– 100g low-fat paneer
– 60g dahi (yogurt)
– 1 small onion, finely chopped
– 2 brown bread slices
– 1/2 small tomato, sliced
– 1 tsp ghee
– 1 slice cheese
– Cucumber slices
– 1 tbsp green chutney/ green chilli sauce (for spreading)
– 1 tbsp red chilli sauce (for spreading)
– Salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder to taste

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix dahi, salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and turmeric powder.
2. Add finely chopped onion and paneer to the bowl, mix everything well.
3. Heat a pan with ghee and cook the mixture until it becomes dry and all the moisture is absorbed.
4. Toast both slices of brown bread on both sides.
5. Spread green chutney on one slice, and top it with cheese, tomato, cucumber, and the cooked paneer mixture.
6. On the other slice, spread red chilli sauce and place it on top to complete the sandwich.
7. Enjoy your delicious, high-protein meal, and say goodbye to all those store-bought sandwiches!
