All the three rice recipes that I shared here are super healthy and super tasty. We all know that green leafy vegetables are so good for us and we should regularly include them in our diet. Here are few simple ways to start with and believe me you won’t feel you are eating greens. Do try them .
RECIPE 1- CORIANDER RICE
Ingredients-
1. Fresh Coriander Leaves – 100gm
2. Green chilli -1 or 2
3. Garlic cloves – 4-5
4. Tomato – 1 small
5. Oil – 2 tsp
6. Ghee – 1 tsp
7. Cardamom -2
8. Clove – 2
9. Cinnamon – 1 inch.
10. Cumin seeds – 1/4 tsp
11. Onion – 1/2 chopped
12. Carrot chopped – 1
13. Green peas – 1/2 cup
14. Cooked rice – 2 cups
15. Salt as per taste
RECIPE 2 – ALOO METHI RICE
Ingredients-
1. Potato – 1 large cut into small cubes
2. Oil – 2-3 tbsp
3. Cinnamon – 1 inch.
4. Cardamom – 2
5. Clove – 2
6. Cumin seeds – 1/4 tsp
7. Chopped onion – 1/2
8. Grated ginger – 1 tsp
9. Grated garlic – 1 tsp
10. Chopped green chilli – 1
11. Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
12. Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
13. Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
14. Methi leaves chopped – 1.5 cups
15. Basmaati rice – 1 cup
16. Salt as per taste
RECIPE 3 – PALAK RICE
Ingredients –
1. Oil -2 tbsp
2. Cumin seeds – 1/4 tsp
3. Crushed garlic cloves -2
4. Onions chopped – 1/2
5. Basmati rice – 1 cup
6. Palak ( Spinach ) – 1 cup
7. Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
8. Salt as per taste
