🌽✨ Start your day with a burst of flavor! Today, I made some delicious Sweetcorn Chila paired with this zesty Spicy Coriander Chutney. It is healthy, nutritious, and quick to prepare—perfect for those busy mornings or light dinners!
Actually, the chutney adds that extra kick and freshness that elevates the entire meal.
For Chila –
– In a bowl, grate 2 raw sweetcorn.
– In to that, add a small piece of grated ginger,
– Add finely chopped 2 cloves of garlic.
– Add 2-3 finely chopped green chillies.
– Add a small bunch of coriander chopped.
– Add 1 tsp ajwain (carrom seeds), a pinch of hing, 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (haldi powder) & salt.
– Mix everything well.
– Add 1/4 cup besan (chickpeas flour) OR you can use rice flour instead.
– Combine everything together; if needed then only add water.
– Now spread this mixture on a hot pan, and apply some oil or butter.
– On a medium flame, Cook this chila both the sides till you get golden color.
For Chutney:
– In a chopper, add a big bunch of coriander with stems.
– Add a big size chopped tomato
– Add 1 clove garlic, 2-3 green chillies & coarsely grind it
– At last, add some salt. And it’s done.
