Multigrain dosa
Ingredients
1/2 cup moong dal (green gram)
1/2 cup matki dal (turkish gram)
1/2 cup brown rice
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oil
1 inch ginger
2-3 garlic cloves
coriander
water

Procedure
1. Soak all the dals and rice for 8 to 10 hrs
2. Add dal and rice in a blender with ginger,garlic and coriander and make a fine paste
3.Add 2 teaspoon salt and water as per the thickness you like.
4. Heat a non stick pan and 1 teaspoon oil and make dosa’s as per the thickness you like.
Enjoy with some coconut chuttney.
