I use a vegetable peeler
Salt
2 carrots
Cucumber
Apple
Make salad dressing
75 g yoghurt
2 tsp mustard
2 tsp olive oil
1 spoon honey
Salt
Pepper

This healthy cabbage salad is so vibrantly colorful, each bite packed with a whole slew of veggies and fresh herbs. Its one of my favorites to meal prep. You can cut everything up in advance and store it in the refrigerator for up to a week:

2 Spring onion
