Save this healthy alternative for when you cook! – Motichoor Ladoo
Recipe –
– Add 1 tsp of ghee in a pressure cooker, add broken wheat and saute for few minutes until golden.
– Add water and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
– Add the broken wheat to a pan, add jaggery
– Add saffron water and cardamom powder and sauté. Add some ghee.
– Cover and let it cook on low heat till mix is semi dry.
– Let it sit for few minutes till mix cools and hardens a bit.
– Roll into ladoos and garnish with almond slivers
