High Protein Crunchwrap Supreme

Ingredients:
* 2.5 La Banderita Low Carb Tortillas
* 2 El Paso Low Carb Taco Shells
* 200g 96/4 lean ground beef
* 2 tsp taco seasoning
* 80g Greek yogurt (as sour cream substitute)
* 1/2 serving Mexican cheese blend (about 14g)
* Lettuce, shredded
* Tomato, diced
Instructions:
1. Cook the Beef:
* Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
* Add taco seasoning and a splash of water, stirring until well combined.
2. Assemble Crunchwrap:
* Lay one tortilla flat, spread a layer of cooked beef in the center.
* Top with (optional) salsa, El Paso Taco Shell, Greek yogurt, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
* Place 1/4 of a low carb tortilla on top and seal.
3. Fold & Cook:
* Fold the edges of the tortilla over the filling to create a tight wrap.
* Place seam-side down in a hot skillet or air fryer, cooking until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
